Return & Refund Policy

As AUSTELI products are custom-made Print-On-Demand items, we maintain a limited return policy.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Product received is damaged.
  • Product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Incorrect size shipped by AUSTELI.

To request a return:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue.
  • Email us at: support@austeli.in (replace with actual support email).

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.
  • Color variation due to screen settings.
  • Personal preference regarding fit or style.
  • Products used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Replacement Policy

Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded, depending on product availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations cannot be processed because the product is custom-made.
